Victor is a theatre director, musician, and proud educator at the Lancaster Campus. He has been the Producing Artistic Director since 2010. Victor has his Master of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from the University of Miami, Florida, and his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio.

Howard Ashman and Alan Menken, the creative geniuses behind Disney鈥檚 The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Aladdin, created one of the most popular musicals in the world.
The meek floral assistant Seymour Krelborn stumbles across a strange new plant he names 鈥淎udrey II鈥 after his coworker crush. This foul-mouthed, R&B-singing carnivore promises Seymour fame, fortune, and romance as long as he keeps feeding it blood. As Audrey II grows, Seymour discovers the plant鈥檚 out-of-this-world origins and its terrifying plans for global domination.

The final collaboration between Rodgers & Hammerstein was destined to become one of the world鈥檚 most beloved musicals. Featuring cherished songs including 鈥淐limb Ev鈥檙y Mountain,鈥 鈥淢y Favorite Things,鈥 鈥淒o-Re-Mi,鈥 鈥淪ixteen Going on Seventeen,鈥 and the title number, The Sound of Music has captured the hearts of audiences worldwide for generations.
The inspirational story, based on the memoir of Maria Augusta Trapp, follows an ebullient postulate who becomes governess to the seven children of the stern Captain von Trapp. Through music, kindness, and determination, Maria brings joy and warmth back into the household. As the forces of Nazism begin to take hold of Austria, Maria and the entire von Trapp family must make a life-changing moral decision.
The Sound of Music earned five Tony Awards and five Academy Awards and remains one of the most celebrated musicals of all time.

Join the Drama Club
The Lancaster Campus Drama Club is open to students, faculty, staff and alumni. Aside from joining the action of a play, Drama Club members can get involved with production, working concessions, ushering, back stage crew work, lighting, costuming, props, makeup and set building. Drama Club members attend outings and participate in a variety of community events as well.
