The Cleveland campus has created a list of primary classroom, meeting, and events spaces.

Please be advised that Cleveland campus events require advance planning due to resource limitations, staffing limitations, and other campus restrictions.

• All events are required to have an 鈥渆vent point person鈥� that will be onsite for the event. This person will be responsible for but not limited to making sure all used areas are cleaned and put back to original setup, receiving/setting up food for event (if food is served), registration, directing guests, communicating with campus liaison for event scheduling, identifying resources needed, communicating access requests. etc.
• The largest room capacity is 64 people. There are also smaller rooms. We recommend scheduling a tour of the facility before scheduling the event to evaluate appropriate space(s) needed.
• The Cleveland campus does not have custodial services onsite on Saturday or Sunday. Please keep this in mind for any events that occur on the weekend.
• The Cleveland campus staff (including IT staff) are not present outside of campus hours without prior approval from the Dean and/or Senior Director.
• The campus rooms, elevators and doors are restricted by swipe access only. Access needs will need to be communicated in advance for the event to ensure access to the space.
• The following items will not be provided by HCOM: printing, utensils, or any paper supplies/products.
• A walkthrough before the event is required to identify/review room setup and IT needs.

Campus Hours: 8 am 鈥� 5 pm weekdays
Security Guard Hours: 6- 9:00 pm weekdays/no building security on weekends but there is security in the main hospital building if needed.
Main lobby doors -hours/days unlocked: 6 am- 7 pm weekdays

HCOM will provide:

• Extra garbage bags plus directions for garbage storage 鈥� especially for weekend activities
• Carts in University lobby for Lunch deliveries
• Directions for garbage storage 鈥� especially for weekend activities

The Cleveland campus has designated parking areas on campus. Parking permits are not currently required. Monday through Friday before 5pm, all campus visitors are required to park in lot A-6 which also the student lot.  After 5pm, and on the weekends, visitors are allowed to park in lots A-3, A-4 or A6.

Driving Directions

Via 1-480 E toward Cleveland

• Use the right two lanes to take exit 25A-25B-25C for Northfield Rd/OH-43/OH-8 toward Warrensville Road.
• Keep left at fork to continue on Exit 25B-C, following signs for Warrensville Rd N/Warrensville Heights and merge onto Warrensville Center Road.

When working with Cleveland room scheduling leads, coordination of additional furnishings within our active learning classrooms and meeting rooms can be arranged, pending availability of campus resources and room set-up capacities.

Cleveland Clinic Campus security is onsite in the building Monday 鈥� Friday, 6am 鈥� 9pm. Cleveland Clinic Police are located on the South Pointe Campus 24/7. Please make note that our call-in Security Number is 216-491-5588. Security is available 24/7 to report on any suspicious site activity or simply to provide a helpful escort service to the parking lot or your vehicle.
