Our Mission
Our mission is to promote the overall wellbeing of medical students and the surrounding community by supporting mental health, fostering positivity, and advancing the prevention and management of chronic lifestyle-related diseases. Through education, advocacy, and engaging activities, we emphasize evidence-based lifestyle medicine principles — including nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and healthy behavior change — to support resilience, wellness, and long-term health during medical training and beyond.

Tentative Schedule for 2026-2027
At this time, we are planning to hold a Cultural Food Day in the fall to celebrate global diversity through healthy, plant-forward dishes and educational materials. We also plan to host an Outdoor Activity Day in the spring to promote physical activity and social connection in a natural setting. A collaborative event with the school’s Wellness Director will be held in the spring semester, focusing on stress reduction, mindfulness, and other key pillars of lifestyle medicine. Events will mainly be financed with club dues.
