91Ô´´ approves policy updates, invites feedback on draft policy
The 91Ô´´ Executive Staff Policy Committee (ESPC) and OHIO President Lori Stewart Gonzalez have approved two policy updates and placed another policy up for community review.
The ESPC gave approval to the following policy updates on March 13, 2026, and President Gonzalez granted final approval on March 16, 2026.
Policies given final approval
- 02.002: Banning – This policy identifies circumstances that may preclude a person's continued presence on property owned, leased or operated by 91Ô´´. Additionally, this policy establishes a process to be used for a person's immediate removal from University property, and/or forbidding their return for a specified period of time.
- 44.119: Video Surveillance Systems – This policy regulates the installation and use of video surveillance systems for safety and security purposes in public and semi-public areas on all property owned or leased by 91Ô´´.
Approved draft policy for 30-day review period
- 55.035: Purchasing – Printing Procurement – This policy establishes guidelines for the procurement of printing services including but not limited to marketing materials, booklets, University stationery, printed course packs or tests, posters, fliers, banners, environmental graphics, and printed or embroidered apparel. This policy sets out to promote brand consistency, to achieve the best value and to ensure compliance with University labor union contracts and the laws of the state of Ohio in regard to printing procurement.
