Counseling and Psychological Services - Regional Higher Education and OHIO Online™ Services and Resources

91ԭ Regional Higher Education and OHIO Online™ students, students of the Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine (HCOM) Dublin or Cleveland campuses, and students of the HCOM Athens campus in their 3rd or 4th year are eligible for FREE, 24/7 access to TimelyCare, a virtual health and well-being platform designed for college students (see eligibility requirements below). As part of 91ԭ’s partnership with TimelyCare, students have access to:

  • TalkNow: 24/7, on demand emotional support.
  • Scheduled Counseling: Select the day, time, and mental health provider of your choice (6 visits per year).
  • Health Coaching: Support for developing healthy behaviors.
  • Self-Care Content: 24/7 access to self-care tools and resources, such as meditation and yoga sessions, helpful videos, and short articles from experts.

Students can access TimelyCare services 365 days a year through mobile app or desktop with their OHIO email address, and insurance is not needed.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Enrolled in the current semester for at least one program through:
    • One of the Regional campuses
    • OHIO Online™
    • HCOM Dublin campus
    • HCOM Cleveland campus
    • HCOM Athens campus 3rd and 4th year students only
  • 18yrs+
  • High school graduate

  • Someone texts into Crisis Text Line anywhere, anytime, about any type of crisis.
  • A live, trained specialist receives the text and responds quickly.
  • The specialist helps the person stay safe and healthy with effective, secure counseling and referrals through text message using Crisis Text Line’s platform.
