Digital Infrastructure & Operations Portfolio

About

This portfolio delivers innovative and reliable digital infrastructure solutions that empower IT portfolios in supporting education, research, leadership, and service.

Vision

The Digital Infrastructure & Operations portfolio will be the trusted foundation of digital infrastructure, reliably connecting, empowering, and partnering with IT portfolios and distributed IT units to enable transformative experiences in education, research, leadership, and service.

Portfolio Priority

A Portfolio Priority is not the only work happening in this Portfolio, but it is the highest priority. If we do not make progress on this priority, the Portfolio will not be successful:

Develop and commit to a strategy for replacing our legacy unified communications platform. In scope are all use cases of VOIP phones and call center including voice and messaging capabilities. Results will include a roadmap, timeline, budget, and technology selection that considers broad stakeholder input and is vetted and supported by university leadership.

Roadmap

The Digital Infrastructure & Operations Portfolio roadmap lays out where we currently are and where we expect to be in the coming months and years. This roadmap will be updated regularly to reflect changing industry standards and changing needs within the University, but the overall trajectory should be predictable from semester to semester.

The Digital Infrastructure & Operations roadmap is coming soon!
