Important Information for Returning Subscribers (main series)

To ensure priority seating, current subscribers must renew their subscriptions by June 29th. The Ticket Office will begin summer hours on June 24th, for walk up or phone sales (740-593-1780). Summer hours will be Wednesdays from 11:00 AM 鈥3:00 PM.

Returning subscribers are guaranteed their seats from the previous season unless the total number of seats in the order has increased and the subscriber prefers the seats to be together, or the subscription renewal is received after the renewal deadline (June 29th).

Requests for new seat assignments are processed after all subscribers who wish to keep their same seats have been accommodated. The preferred method to request a change is to pay for your subscription through the renewal site and then email your change request to event-tickets@ohio.edu. Someone will confirm that your request has been received. Change requests may also be called into the Ticket Office during business hours, listed above. Approximately 95% of all subscribers are renewing subscribers, so the number of seats available to fill relocation requests is very limited.  

2025-26 Renewal Process Is Now ONLINE:

The Templeton-Blackburn Alumni Memorial Ticket Office will be moving Subscription renewals online through our ticketing vendor, Tickets.com. This includes the Performing Arts Series for the 2026-2027 season. Online renewals are for those patrons who are renewing the same seats. Any changes or additional seat requests must be requested through the ticket office during the renewal period. Please email event-tickets@ohio.edu if you have any questions.

How To: Online Subscription Renewal

1. Subscription renewals are done through your MyTickets portal. Start by going to /event-tickets or clicking on 鈥淏uy Online鈥 at /performing-arts .

2. This brings you to the event page. Click on the Hamburger Bar on the top right of the screen.

3. Click on the 鈥淟OG IN鈥 option at the bottom of the menu.

4. From this page, you have three options:

a. You can 鈥淟og In鈥 if you know your associated email address and password for your My Tickets account.

b. 鈥淩eset Password鈥 if you don鈥檛 know or remember your password for your My Tickets account.

i. Once you click 鈥淩eset Password鈥, you will have another screen to enter in your email address. Once entered, you will receive an email with a new/temporary password and instructions. Check your spam and junk mail, it will come from 鈥渙rdertracking鈥.

ii. Make sure you change your password from the temporary to something more memorable to you that follows the password requirements listed on the page.

iii. You will be prompted to enter your email and password again.

c. Click 鈥淪ign Up鈥 if you have never purchased tickets online and have never created a My Tickets account with your email address. The email address that is associated with your renewal account is the email that you receive Performing Arts information from. Please email event-tickets@ohio.edu or call the ticket office during office hours for assistance.

i. If you click 鈥淪ign Up鈥, fill in the following box and as long as you input the email address associated with your account, you will create a My Tickets account linked to your old account with the subscription attached.

ii. Make sure your password contains the following:

1. Between 8-15 characters.

2. One uppercase letter.

3. One lowercase letter.

4. One number.

5. NO special characters (ie #$@%)

5. Once you successfully log in, you will be taken back to the calendar page. Go back to the Hamburger Bar on the top right (see step no. 2). And click on the drop-down arrow at 鈥淢y Tickets鈥.

a. Then click on the 鈥淩enew/Make Payments鈥.

b. Alternatively, if you are at your home page. Click on the 鈥淩enew/Make Payments鈥 on the left side menu.

6. On the 鈥淢y Renewals鈥 page you can read the blurb about the series and click the green 鈥淩enew鈥 button on the right-hand side.

7. On the next page (鈥淥rder Details鈥) you will see the following:

  1. Ticket Details: What you are renewing: which series & which seats.
  2. Delivery Method: All online renewals will be set to Will Call. If you would prefer to access them online, please email event-tickets@ohio.edu after you have completed the renewal process and request your tickets be sent to your email.
  3. Payment Schedule: All subscriptions must be paid in full, however on the next page you can split the payment between several credit/debit cards.
  4. There will be an 鈥淥rder Total鈥 at the bottom, which includes the price of the series times the number of seats plus a $5 renewal fee per seat and a $5 processing fee per order. Please note that the type of ticket (general, senior, student) will be rolled over from the past season. If you need to change any ticket type (i.e. general to senior), please email event-tickets@ohio.edu.

8. If everything looks good, click the green 鈥渃ontinue to checkout鈥 button at the bottom of the page and you will be directed to the payment page to finalize the renewal. If you have any questions, please email event-tickets@ohio.edu.

9. On the 鈥淐heck Out鈥 page it will confirm everything from the page before and it will have your 鈥淧ayment Method鈥 options.

  1. Payment Method:

    i.      If you have a credit card on file, it will show up under payment method at the bottom of the left-hand side. If you do not, you can add a new card by selecting the option 鈥淎dd New Card鈥 below. You are also able to edit the card by clicking on the 鈥淐HANGE鈥 link. If you are having trouble with your payment, make sure your billing zip code matches your credit card information.

    ii.      You can split your payment into as many credit cards as you would like by clicking on the 鈥淪plit Payment鈥 link at the bottom.

10. Please note the Convenience Fee is $5 per seat in the subscription, plus a $5 Service Fee per order.

11. Make sure that you click the box saying that you agree to the terms and conditions, then click the green 鈥淐heck鈥 button at the bottom of the right-hand side of the page.

12. Once you have successfully renewed your Subscription, you will receive an email confirmation.

REMINDERS:

  1. All tickets will be at will call. If you would like to request your tickets be sent to your email, please email event-tickets@ohio.edu.
  2. You are renewing your Subscription tickets from last season. If you would like to request different seats, add or remove seats, or change a buyer type (i.e. general to senior), please email event-tickets@gmail.com or come to the Ticket Office when it opens. You are welcome to renew your seats online and then request a change. We will do our best to accommodate change requests. Please note that row E will not be available this season.

Note for New Subscribers (main series)

The Performing Arts Series will begin to accept orders for new subscribers online on July 8th at 10 AM. Please visit  and purchase through regular ticketing site.

Subscription Timeline (main series)

  • Renewal Drive: June 1st (10 AM) - June 29th (2025-26 subscribers only)
  • New Subscribers: Beginning July 8th at 10 AM
  • Single Tickets (main series performances): August 3rd (10 AM)

Ticket Pick-Up

The Ticket Office does not mail tickets. Pre-paid tickets can be picked up in the Ticket Office during regular business hours or in Will Call on the nights of performances.
